        Eco-friendly Mystic River Resort, located in Belize jungle on the bank of the Macal river,  only 7 miles away from the towns of San Ignacio and Santa Elena, is a self-sufficient community offering a relaxing tropical environment, comfortable rooms, delicious cocktails, high quality meals made with fresh locally grown produce, bodycare services, yoga classes and a complete range of ecotourism activities and tours.

 

Mystic River Resort owns a 180 acres property devided into a resort area with private suites, a restaurant and a bar, a yoga deck and a spa, as well as a farming area where our devoted staff takes great care of a barn of horses, a herd of goats, vast gardens and orchards allowing us to provide our visitors with fresh organic food. We are also proud to generate our own electricity, to make our own cheese and soap and to purify our running water.
