  ABOUT ME

Animated by an endless need of being on the move and an infinite curiosity since I was a kid, it is naturally that my path led me to travelling, gradually pushing me to explore what the world had to offer.

As a 23-year-old French citizen raised to become a well-rounded individual with a chance of choosing my own journey to happiness, I didn't know what I would later do when I started to study tourism. When I was lost in the possibilities of being anything I could, my interests wouldn't go further than the tip of my nose : "I want to see the world and speak many languages" were at the top of my checklist. For long I was in search of some kind of ambition for myself. Happy with that ? Nope. That's when travelling happened.

First, going places and being exposed to different cultures is a good way to compare where your personal values and lifestyle belong most. Human beings are social animals born in a mold, at a given time and given place. Travelling has taught me to get out of this mold.  Upon realising this, my interests grew different : I want to see the world and speak foreign languages to share with people, I want to learn as much as I can to take care of my surroundings, I want to believe that I, as much as anyone else, have the power to make a change. And most of all I want to do something engaging and constructive with my life.

Sustain in Belize

I love travelling because it is beneficial to human beings, by opening their mind and broadening their perspectives. Refreshing their ideas and teaching compassion. I want to share my passion for exploring the world but the thing is, there is a proper way to do it. My personal objective while in Belize is to raise public awareness on how to best behave while travelling, since each unique individual is the key to a sustainable future. To do so, I am working on developing sustainable tourism in Belize, learning from a country praised for its eco-friendly practices and preservation of its environment.

For the next two months I will be sharing my research on my blog and posting a gallery of pictures to make you discover this magnificent country. Don't hesitate to contact me to share your knowledge of the destination ! Also if you'd like to participate in a solidarity project, I would gladly get you in touch with local non-profit organizations.
